Pay your bill by direct debit
Automatic payment by Direct Debit Payment offers many advantages:
Safe: things no longer get forgotten, the water bill is paid automatically.
Free: payment by direct debit costs nothing.
Spreading costs: you can submit a request to receive your intermediate invoices on a monthly basis.
Transparent: you will be sent a consumption bill annually with a summary of the following payments and payment data.
Less paperwork: you will no longer be sent a paper version of the intermediate bills, but you will be sent the annual consumption bill on paper, so that you can assess your consumption. If you would like a printout of your intermediate invoices, please contact us.
Flexible: if you would like to alter or stop your direct debit, you can notify us at any time. After a payment, you have eight (8) weeks to request a correction from your bank.
Requests / alterations / direct debit cancellations
Contact us to request a direct debit. Clearly state the consumption address(es) for which you require a direct debit.
Apply for direct debit directly in MyFarys. You can also change or stop your direct debit there.
Or apply for a direct debit using the online form. You will be sent the mandate form a few days later. Send the signed form back to us. Then we can activate your direct debit.
