You will be sent a bill for your water use at various times:
- You will receive an intermediate bill usually every 3 months
- We will send you an annual consumption bill based on the meter reading that you submit to us.
Credit and debit notes
If a bill has been drawn up incorrectly or incompletely, we will cancel it. You will be sent a credit or debit note as confirmation of this adjustment.

- either by email
- or via Doccle.
