Step 1

Log in with your company's customer number. Select 'Stop water agreement' and go through the various screens.

Step 2

You already have a customer number in your personal name

Log in with this customer number. Go to 'Start water agreement' and go through the various screens.

You don't yet have a customer number in your personal name

• Click on the 'Ik ben nog geen klant' button and select ‘Persoon' to register as a new customer. Please note, you can only register if you have not already used your email address for a previous registration.
• Select 'Start water agreement' from the menu and go through the various screens.
