The flat rate applies to all water consumption up to and including 500 m³. For the drinking water component, the rate decreases step by step from 501 m³ onwards, depending on the level of consumption.
Customers who consume more than 500 m³ are considered large consumers and receive an individual sanitation rate via the VMM.
