Beware of scam emails from Waterunie Operator

Beware of scam e-mails doing the rounds asking you to check your customer details: these e-mails might appear to come from Waterunie, but they are not from us. As long as Waterunie (the merger of Farys and De Watergroep) has not officially launched, you will continue to receive all documents from Farys.

This email constitutes a case of 'phishing' (recognisable by the incorrect email address). You can recognise our emails by the sender: our email addresses always end with @farys.be.

Have you received such an email?

Forward any suspicious emails and text messages to [email protected], the Belgian Centre for Cybersecurity. In case of a suspicious text message, take a screenshot and send a copy by email.
