I’m getting an error even before I log in. What do I do now?
This error message has to do with the cookie settings of your internet browser.

How can you adjust these settings?
I forgot my username.
Your username is your email address.

Call us on +32(0)78-35 35 99, so we can check which email address is linked to your customer number.
I forgot my password.
Set a new password here and you will receive an email with a link to change your password.
I keep getting an error message when logging in. Why is this?
If you enter an incorrect password 5 times, the account will be blocked for 1 hour for security reasons. 

What can you do? 

Set a new password and you will receive an email with a link to change your password. 

Or wait 1 hour and then log in again.
I am getting a notification that MyFarys is under maintenance.
We are carrying out maintenance work on MyFarys. Please try again later.

However, it is still possible to submit meter readings via the website.
