Annual invoice for private water
In November or December, you will receive your annual invoice for private water. Through this invoice, we charge municipal fees for the collection and transport of your waste water, and supra-municipal fees for the treatment of this waste water.
The consumption on this invoice is calculated on a flat-rate basis:
- Purely private water supply users
These are private persons who only use their own private water supply.
In this case, 30 m³ is charged per resident who is registered at the place of water consumption on 1 January of the billing year.
- Mixed private water supply users
These are private persons who use both private water and mains water.
In this case, 10 m³ is charged per resident who is registered at the place of water consumption on 1 January of the billing year.
- Legal entities
This consumption is fixed at 500 m³ per year.
All interim invoices sent out are deducted from your annual invoice for private water, even if they have not been paid. Unpaid invoices are shown in the customer account balance on your invoice.
