An inspection is also required when changing or expanding the existing internal installation.

Inspection of private water drainage

The inspection of private water drainage protects our watercourses from pollution and ensures that rainwater is retained locally as much as possible. In practice, this means that we check the correct connection of the waste water, the requirements regarding rainwater, and the correct separation of waste water and rainwater

During the construction of the private water drainage, take sufficient photographs showing, among other things, the separation of the private waste water and rainwater systems and the correct connections of the drains to these pipes. This will make the inspection go much more smoothly.
