RATES

Farys charges a administrative fee and an hourly rate:

• The administrative fee covers the inspector’s travel expenses and administrative costs.

• The hourly rate covers the on-site inspection and check, the research, and the preparation and submission of the certificate.

HOW MUCH DOES AN INSPECTION COST?

Below are a few examples of how we deal with these rates.

• A ‘typical’ single-family home:

Inspection of the water installation: 

• basic inspection: administration fee + 1 hour
• reinspection: administration fee + 0.5 hours

Inspection of the water installation and the private water drainage:

• basic inspection: administration fee + 2 hours
• reinspection: administration fee + 1 hour

• A single-tap point inspection: we charge a administration fee plus half an hour.
• Other inspections: we charge an administration fee plus the hours worked.
