Intermediate invoices

To ensure that you do not have to pay for the water for an entire year in one go, we split the predicted amount into 4 instalments:

  • 3 intermediate invoices
  • 1 annual consumption bill.

You will be sent an intermediate invoices every 3 months. Monthly invoicing is possible only if you receive your bills by email or if you pay by direct debit.

All the intermediate invoices will be subtracted from your annual consumption bill. You can view unpaid bills on the status of the customer account on your bill.
