Move professional customers
Here you will find the necessary steps to carry out a transfer. Choose the situation you want more explanation about:
- You received an e-mail asking you to arrange a transfer of the water supply
You cannot arrange this via MyFarys yet, but you can do so via the digital transfer document. You can find the link to this document in the email you received under the word 'hier':
Image- Fill in the requested details (full meter number, meter reading on date of transfer ...).
- Note that once you have sent the data, you still need to digitally sign the document.

- You want to start or stop a water agreement
You cannot arrange this through MyFarys yet, but you can arrange it through a paper transfer document.
Fill in the transfer document as clear and complete as possible.

Do keep in mind that this will require a longer processing time. Currently it is longer than 6 weeks. In the meantime, the departing customer remains responsible for the water supply.
