Quality
Composition and hardness
We constantly monitor our tap water for more than 60 parameters. We go well beyond the minimum legal quality requirements and conduct more checks than are legally mandated. All samples are analysed in our own recognised and accredited laboratory.
For each municipality, you can find the results of these checks here. We update this information every six months.

Drinking water analysis: would you like to join our quality panel?
To ensure the quality of our water, we take regular samples: at water supplies, water towers and reservoirs, in public buildings, as well as at customers’ homes.
Are you often at home during the day and would you like to help us monitor drinking water quality? Please send us your details. You will then be added to our customer database, and we can visit you from Monday to Thursday (8.00 to 14.00) to take samples. Whether and when this happens is difficult to predict. You will always be notified in advance.
If we take a sample at your address, we will send you the results of the analysis afterwards, if you would like to receive them. A nice additional benefit.

Would you like a specific check of your tap water?
That is possible. The check is free for customers who have a lead drinking water tap before the water meter. For all other customers, the check is subject to a fee.

Safe internal installation
A safe internal installation is essential for maintaining drinking water quality all the way to the tap. That is why every new internal plumbing installation must be inspected before we can start supplying water. An inspection is also required when an existing internal installation is modified or extended.
